As a non-profit agency, we rely on your prompt payment for the important services we provide. Payments will only be processed through Tuition Express—A payment processing system that allows secure, on-time tuition and fee payments to be made from either your bank account (ACH) or credit card (debit). Tuition Express will be processed every Friday for the current week of care.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account if an ACH payment is returned, not including any fees your banking institution may charge. If an account is two weeks past due a $25.00 late payment fee will be charged. Accounts three weeks in arrears will result in termination from our program.
We do not wish to cause any inconvenience or hardship to families, but are not in a financial position to offer credit for large balances.

Questions Or Concerns?
Melanie Hartford, Parent
“I cannot say enough positives about Rochester Child Care Center. We transferred our children to RCCC from another center and if I could turn back time, I should have started my kids here from the get-go. Between both children, we’ve been through four different classrooms and sets of teachers, potty training, behavioral challenges, and meetings with teachers and directors. Throughout every step of the way, RCCC has gone above and beyond to support us and our children. Because RCCC operates more like a school than a typical child care center, there are so many more resources available for children and families. Ms. Caitlin literally saved our son and after having the absolute delight of teaming up with Ms. Joscelyn, he is now thriving in Kindergarten. I absolutely give Rochester Child Care Center a five star review and a 10/10 recommendation.”
