Dear parents and caregivers,
What an amazing start to the school year! Closed/full day sites have been decided through the Rochester School Dept. to include McClelland and Chamberlain. Be on the lookout for sign-ups two weeks prior to scheduled, closed days. The students will be split into the following schools for full days:
Care will be provided from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm on vacation days. Breakfast and lunch are NOT provided. Please pack a NUT-FREE lunch and morning snack from home.
We rarely close due to inclement weather. We ask families to watch or listen to local radio stations including WMUR.
Please note the new schedule; when Rochester Schools are closed due to inclement weather, full day care will be from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm at McClelland School, only. You will be called if we need to close for emergency reasons. During weather emergencies please check WMUR.
When school is delayed, your usual site will be opened at 7 am and will stay open until school starts.
If Rochester Schools have early release, staff will be at the site when school is released and will remain at the site until 6:00 pm, unless otherwise communicated.
Children in our 45-minute kindergarten program and AM only program will not be able to stay for early release.
The program loves to play outdoors every day. We are asking that you please send your children with appropriate warm clothing every day.
Please call the Friday before care if you need to cancel, otherwise you will still be charged. If you have any other questions, please contact us at 332-9333.
